Store Policies 

Arie’s Artisan Cheesecake 

To ensure fairness, quality, and smooth operations, the following policies apply to all purchases, orders, and classes. 

1. Payments, Refunds & Store Credit 

Cash & Refunds 

  • All sales are final unless otherwise stated below. 
  • Refunds are not issued for completed or partially completed orders. 

Store Credit 

Store credit may be issued only under the following circumstances: 

  • Undercooked or defective cakes (with verification, ie; Specify proof of purchase: Receipt, or a transaction with date & time) 
  • Customer cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance 
  • Approved exceptions at management discretion 

Store credit: 

  • Has no cash value 
  • Cannot be transferred 
  • Must be used within the designated validity period

2. Rewards Points Policy 

  • Rewards points are not stackable
  • Only one reward may be redeemed per transaction
  • Rewards have no cash value and may not be combined with other discounts or promotions. 

3. Custom Orders & Whole Cakes 

Whole Cakes & Custom Orders 

  • Whole cakes and custom orders require a minimum of one (1) week’s notice.
  • Custom flavors not sold in-store require one (1) week’s notice
    • Includes specialty flavors, custom fillings, or unique requests. 
    • Custom minis order is a minimum 4 dozen of one (1) flavor 
  • Custom orders are made specifically for the customer and are non-refundable once production has begun. 

Flavor Availability 

  • Alternate sweeteners may be offered under custom orders. 
  • Availability is not guaranteed and is subject to ingredient sourcing. 

4. Allergies & Dietary Requests 

  • We offer items labeled gluten-free, dairy-free, or vegan; however: 
    • Cross-contamination may occur
    • Our kitchen is not allergen-free 
  • Customers with severe allergies should use discretion when ordering. 

5. Class Tickets & Events 

  • Class tickets are non-refundable
  • Tickets cannot be transferred or applied to future classes.
  • Missed classes result in forfeiture of the ticket. 
  • Cancellations do not qualify for refunds or store credit. 

6. Cancellations 

Food Orders 

  • Cancellations more than 48 hours in advance may qualify for store credit.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours or less receive no refund and no credit

Classes 

  • All class cancellations are final. 
  • No credits, refunds, or rescheduling permitted. 

7. Pickups & Order Holding 

  • Orders will be held for up to 7 days from the scheduled pickup date.
  • Orders not picked up within 7 days are forfeited with no refund or credit

Pickup Rules 

  • No early pickups 
  • Pickups occur during store hours only 
  • Pickup days: Wednesday–Saturday 
  • No Sunday pickups 

8. Scheduled Orders & Delivery 

  • Scheduled delivery orders are fulfilled through DoorDash
  • Delivery timing and execution are subject to DoorDash availability and policies. 
  • Arie’s Artisan Cheesecake is not responsible for third-party delivery delays once the order leaves the store. 

9. Inventory & Availability 

  • Cheesecake inventory is produced in limited batches. 
  • Availability is based on daily production and demand. 
  • Pre-orders are strongly encouraged to guarantee availability. 

10. Policy Enforcement 

Management reserves the right to:

  • Refuse service for policy violations 
  • Deny refunds or credits outside stated guidelines 
  • Modify policies as needed to support business operations 

All policies are enforced consistently and without exception unless explicitly approved by ownership.
